Mike and I went down to Newport last weekend for a “quick” sunset shoot of the Newport Bridge and harbor. We had been there earlier in the year but the sunset was only fair and we stayed pretty close to the car and the bridge. I had a friends daughter get married in the park just down the street a few years ago and decided to walk there to shoot. There’s a house just before the park 108 Washington Street, and it’s for sale.
So yes for a cool 2.9 million this little Newport Cottage could be yours and you’ll never have to wait for a bathroom! It has one of the most beautiful views of Newport Harbor that there is although the traffic can get a bit crazy during the summer.
